Description:
- Counts the number of chips you received for wish and payday.
- Displays the number of received chips on the screen.
- Does not reset after restarting the game

Teams:
/chipc - activation
/chipc move - change text position
/chipc clear - clear the counter
/chipc add [number] - add a certain number of chips manually, to reduce use negative values.

Installation and use instructions:
1. Copy the script to the Moonloader folder
2. Install additional dependencies if necessary (the list of which is presented below).
