Description:
- Visually shows when you can put on body armor.
The progress bar was drawn on renders, so there are no additional dependencies except for the sampivent.

Teams:
/armcd active - activation
/armcd move - change the position of the progress bar
/armcd ss - remove numbers from the progress bar
/armcd fu - update font
/armcd size [X]/[Y] - change the size of the progress bar and text

Installation and use instructions:
1. Copy the script to the Moonloader folder
2. Install additional dependencies if necessary (the list of which is presented below).
