Description:
- Counts how many times voted for your party.
- Automatically pays money to the one who voted

Teams:
/ signc - activation.
/signc move - move the counter.
/signc clear - clear the counter.
/signc change_cons [name] - change the name of the party.
/signc change_pay [number] - how much will be paid for the signature.
/signc pay_activate - auto payout for signing.

Installation instructions:
1. Copy the script to the Moonloader folder
2. Install additional dependencies if necessary (the list of which is presented below).
